Raptor Bro:

This genetic abomination was once human until an at-home gene-editing experiment went horrifically awry. Having committed the ultimate transhuman sacrilege, he spliced his DNA with that of the once mighty velociraptor. Now a twisted chimera trapped between worlds, he retains just enough humanity to doodle a sharpie mustache and eyebrows upon his face, in an attempt to salvage some vestige of who he was.

1. First, import the VRCSDK3 into your Unity Project (if not using Creator Companion)
2. Then, import the ÆmotionStudio_Raptor_Bro_2024_Personal_Non-Commercial_Use_v1.unitypackage
3. In Unity, open the "Game_Ready_Drag_And_Drop_Prefab" folder
4. Select the "Raptor_Bro_2024 Variant" Prefab then drag and drop it into the Scene Hierarchy
5. Upload to VRChat!

3. Ownership and Restrictions

3.1. The Company retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Models, including all intellectual property rights.

3.2. You may not use the Models in a way that allows others to use or access the Models as stand-alone files.

3.3. You may not distribute the Models incorporated in a derivative work.

3.4. You may not use the Models in a way that violates anyone's intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, patents, or rights of publicity).

3.5. You may not use the Models for pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful purposes.

3.6. You may not use the Models for the promotion of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, gambling, weapons, or explosives.

3.7. You may not claim to be the creator or copyright holder of the Models.

4. Editing and Derivative Works

4.1. You may edit or modify the Models for your own personal non-commercial use only, subject to the following conditions:

a. You must attribute the original creator (Æmotion Studio) and any subsequent editors.

b. You may not incorporate any part(s) from non-editable models provided by the Company or third parties.

c. You may not distribute edited Models or derivative works.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Models are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5.2. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Models.

6. Termination

6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate or revoke your license and access to the Models at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason.

6.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Models and destroy any copies in your possession.

7. Indemnification

7.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Models; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Severability

8.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9. Non-Assignment

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.2. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Models after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. No Refunds
